Thank you for shopping at Lieli3D. Every piece is custom-made using 3D printing technology and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition

 Processing Time

All items are made to order. Production time: 3–7 business days before shipping (depending on order volume and product complexity) Shipping time begins after the product has been manufactured.

Shipping Within Puerto Rico

    •    Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

    •    Flat Rate: $5.99

    •    FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50

All packages include tracking information.

Shipping to the United States 

    •    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

    •    Flat Rate: $9.99

    •    FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

2️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours at:

3️⃣ We will assist you with a replacement or postal claim

Delivery Issues

If USPS marks the package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, you must file a claim with USPS. We can assist, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
